Presented at the IBC in Amsterdam to Simon Bisset for the second year in succession, the judges cited Simon for special mention and described his work as a 'tour de force' within the industry.

The entry was a complex and dynamic piece of 3D animation for the Sky:net Communications Satellite Network, showing the launch and deployment in space of the system.
